Yes. You will be able to create formats like TRNW-00001, ATL-00001 or CUSTOM-00001.

Yes. ToteRentalSuite is being designed around rental date ranges, delivery windows, pickup reminders and operator dashboards.

Yes. Each tote can have a unique ID and QR label so teams can scan during delivery, pickup, cleaning and inventory checks.
Can customers book only what is actually available?
That is a core feature. The booking engine will check inventory before allowing a request or booking for a date range.
Can I manage multiple service areas?
Yes. We are planning service-area settings so operators can define cities, regions, ZIP codes or local delivery zones.
Is ToteRentalSuite only for the United States?
The first market focus is US tote rental operators, but early access is open to operators in other countries who run similar reusable moving box businesses.
Will I need to change my current website?
